Please ring (03) 9646 6630 for an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and preferred Doctor where available.

Please let us know well in advance if an interpreter service is required.

 

Longer consultations: We greatly appreciate notice of prolonged consultations to ensure adequate time is scheduled for your visit, and to avoid delays for other patients. Please ask our receptionist if you require some extra time. We ask that all new patients with complex Medical History request a Long Consultation to allow the Doctor to familiarize themselves with your history. Please note, that after the Medicare rebate the price difference is usually only a few dollars. When making an appointment please use the following examples to ask for an appropriate length of consultation to suit your needs:

 

 

Standard Consultation (10-15 mins):

One ailment (eg. A cold or new medical problem); or Referral to specialist for a new condition; or Review of a chronic medical problem.

 

 

Long Consultation (20- 30 mins): 

More than one ailment; first time visit; pap smears; skin cancer checks; well person check; life crisis; childhood vaccinations; travel vaccination; Centrelink forms to be completed.

 

 

Extended Consultation (over 30 mins): 

Insurance medical; or preemployment medicals.
